This is a 4-unit apartment building in a single family neighborhood. It's location is very unique, and Albert Park performs full management services from grounds maintenance to rent collection.

Greenfield

This 15 acre multi-use property was once used as a conference center, banquet hall, and bed and breakfast. The property has 4 buildings and approximately 4 acres of grounds to maintain as well as a horse barn and pasture. Albert Park performs year-round management for this property.

Saratoga County

This is an estate-owned home that has been vacant for several months while the family and probate court close the estate. Properties can develop problems when they are vacant. Albert Park tends to these issues and will perform yard care, clean up and removal of unwanted items to the transfer station and landfill.

Saratoga Springs

Full management services are done here for the owner who resides in New York City. This investment property is available for rent year round and for the track season.
