Properties are often left unoccupied for several months. Our most common customers are family members who have lost a parent or elder relative, and their house becomes vacant until the estate closes and the property sells.

Once all of the valuables have been divided up and sold, we will remove all of your unwanted items for a reasonable fee. We are also capable of making improvements on both the inside and outside of a property. Many times properties have been  neglected for a long time due to the person's age and health.
